Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring for a Warehouse Auditor/Order Picker in Yatesville, PA. This contract-to-hire role supports a plumbing industry client in the Pittston area and offers 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

You will use RF scanners to select orders, verify pallets, operate forklifts when needed, audit inbound/outbound shipments, and maintain organized staging areas. High School Diploma/GED and warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using Microsoft applications and warehouse inventory systems.
• Prior warehouse experience in order picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Select customer orders using RF scanning devices and order documentation.
• Record picked quantities and pallet identification information accurately.
• Safely operate forklifts and/or other material handling equipment to transport orders.
• Must operate vertical order picker between 5 levels.
• Audit inbound and outbound pallets for accuracy and labeling.
• Conduct routine visual checks to confirm product quality.
• Verify and attach packing slips and ensure documentation matches shipments.
• Stage LTL shipments in designated areas for pickup and delivery.
• Navigate a fast-paced production floor.
• Maintain organized staging and work areas.
• Inspect pallets and materials for damage and report issues.

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring for a Warehouse Auditor/ Order Picker in partnership with a prominent client in the Pittston, PA area within the plumbing industry.

Summary

Shift: 10 hour shifts : Monday- Thursday or Tuesday – Friday : Occasional Saturdays.

Salary: $18/hour

Warehouse Auditor/ Order Picker

Job Duties:

• Select customer orders using RF scanning devices and order documentation
• Record picked quantities and pallet identification information accurately
• Safely operate forklifts and/or other material handling equipment (such as pallet rider, order picker, etc.) to transport the order through the process
• Must be able to operate vertical order picker between 5 levels.
• Audit inbound and outbound pallets to ensuring accuracy to orders, and proper labeling
• Conduct routine visual checks to confirm product quality
• Operate pallet wrapping equipment to securely prepare shipments for transport
• Verify and attach packing slips, ensuring all documentation matches shipment contents
• Stage Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments in designated areas for pickup and delivery
• Navigate a fast-paced, busy production floor
• Disassemble and reassemble couplings to replace gaskets as needed
• Break down materials on the production floor and transport them to designated areas
• Maintain organized staging and work areas
• Inspect pallets and materials for damage and report discrepancies or issues
• Experience with warehouse scanners and inventory systems

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience using Microsoft applications and inventory systems
• Previous Warehouse experience in order picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Forklift operator certification or willingness to become certified
• Strong attention to details
• Data Entry
• Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
• Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels of management
• Must have basic math skills
