Cencora is seeking a warehouse associate to support MWI Animal Health operations in Lebanon, IN. You will handle order fulfillment, cycle counts, and use RF scanning equipment in a climate-controlled distribution center.

This role requires a high school diploma, and up to one year of warehouse experience. The shift runs Mondays and Wednesdays 4:00pm–9:00pm, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Must be able to operate RF scanning equipment and read English.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: stocking, restocking, picking, packing and outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counting and investigate discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure safety and compliance.

MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, serving animal health markets globally.**Shift Details:** Monday and Wednesday 4:00pm - 9:00pm or until completion**Pay Details:** *Pay starting at $19.00/hr with potential for up to $23.00/hr based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.***Responsibilities:*** Order fulfillment - stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.* Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.* Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.* Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.* Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).**Education:*** High school diploma or equivalent**Work Experience:*** Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)* Able to work with RF scanning equipment.**Skills and Knowledge:*** Able to work in climate-controlled facility.* Ability to read and understand the English language* Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.* Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.* Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime.
