Primary shifts run Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of $24.25 per hour. You will coordinate shipment planning, tracking, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, compliant deliveries across networks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation operations, customer care, or a related field.
• Certification in dangerous goods handling, cold chain logistics, forklift operation, or licensure appropriate for vehicle class are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment planning and execution for sensitive, high-value, or time-critical materials across domestic and international networks.
• Ensure routing details, handling instructions, and documentation are accurate for compliant delivery.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, customs contacts, and internal stakeholders to resolve routine transportation issues.
• Monitor shipment status and update stakeholders to support visibility and continuity of service.
• Support development of shipment solutions aligning with customer requirements and regulatory considerations.
• Maintain shipment records, tracking information, and operational updates for traceability.
• Coordinate with network partners and service providers to support handoffs and final delivery outcomes.
