Cencora, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Support role on the night shift, with hours Sunday 4pm–finish and Monday–Thursday 5pm–finish. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with potential to earn up to $25.75 per hour through incentives, shift differentials, and referrals.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years in warehouse-related roles. CSCP certification is preferred. Duties include receiving, inventory control, packaging, and shipment documentation.

Job Details

• $2000 Sign-on Bonus
• Shift Details: Night Shift |Sunday 4pm - finish; Monday - Thursday 5pm - finish
• Pay Details: Pay starting at $19.00/hr with potential for up to $25.75/hr based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.

Abilities

• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirement.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Nice to have

• Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment.
