AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation is seeking a warehouse professional in the United States to monitor temperature-sensitive materials, update inventory records, and ensure shipment documentation is accurate. You will support safe, efficient material movement and timely outbound activity.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, under two years in warehouse roles, and CSCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.

Responsabilités

• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

Job Details

Shift Hours: Sunday 3pm to finish & Monday - Thursday 5pm to finish

Pay Rate: $21 plus Shift Differential

6. Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
7. Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
8. Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
9. Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
10. Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
11. Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
12. Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
13. Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
14. Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
15. Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
