Job Details

What you will be doing:

1. Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
2. Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
3. Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
4. Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
5. Verify received products against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Important Skills:

• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, dependable, with good attendance and punctuality.
• Willing to work the listed shift hours plus mandatory overtime.
• Perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Walk up to 8 miles per shift.
• Stand for long periods.

Nice to have:

• Warehouse or distribution experience (1 year or less preferred).
• Experience with RF scanning equipment.

Salary Range*

$28,000 - $42,460. Note: Actual salary may vary based on location, with adjustments for specific states.
