Job Details

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 7am until complete
• Pay: $24.50/hr
• Eligible for productivity bonus paid with every paycheck
• Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, including drug screening and background check, as permitted by law

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receive, pick, and stage customer orders, manage returns, shipping, and inventory organization.
2. Verify received merchandise against shipment records, report discrepancies, and inspect for defects.
3. Stock shelves, ensuring materials are in designated areas.
4. Use RF devices for inventory tasks as needed.
5. Assemble customer orders, identify quantities, and meet specifications.
6. Enter orders and returns into the computer system.
7. Inspect returned items and return merchandise to shelves.
8. Complete daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
9. Assist with inventory procedures.
10. Perform picking, stocking, and order fulfillment in controlled environments, including the use of motorized equipment.
11. Train new associates as needed.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least 1 year of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Ability to read and understand English for product and label verification.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Understanding of DC workflow.
• Ability to maintain a clean work area and use good judgment.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
• Teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification to operate power equipment and hazmat training may be required.
• Good attendance and ability to train others.

Salary Range*

$32,300 - $47,740 (varies by location)
