Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Operations role in Santa Clarita. You will receive and fulfill orders, perform picking, packing and shipping, and participate in cross-training across warehouse areas.

Training for material handling equipment may be provided, with emphasis on safety and accuracy. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic English proficiency for documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting performance quotas and attendance requirements.
• Experience with technology/PC or POS systems is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in English—read/write for documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, QC checks and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participation in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Be willing to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, order picker).
