Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Operations role in Santa Clarita, California. The position runs Sunday to Thursday, 8:00pm–4:30am (or finish). Pay is $22.36 per hour, with shift differential included. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, HSA, 401k, and more.

The role supports receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment. Training is provided; overtime may be required to meet demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Willingness to overtime as needed.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading/writing).

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain safety and organization.
• Be trained/certified to operate material handling equipment as required.
