Job summary

Cardinal Health in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking flexible, part-time Warehouse Operations staff to support high-volume days and PTO coverage. You’ll select shifts and work up to 29 hours weekly, with one mandatory Monday shift 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or until finish.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, and preparing orders, training on equipment as needed, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Prior experience with POS tech is a plus; English literacy is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop and stand for the entire shift.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with technologies, like computers or POS systems, a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including accurate picking and packing.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment as needed.
