Position Summary

AMSOIL Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role focuses on order fulfillment, safe material handling, inventory movement, and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse environment.This position will float between picking and packing, drum line and pail line. This position may experience inclement weather occasionally while loading and unloading trucks.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Fill materials into totes, drums, pails, and other containers following company guidelines.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and product protection.
• Retrieve items for processing or outbound shipments.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety rules and using proper PPE.
• Communicate effectively with the shipping and receiving team regarding order status and shipment readiness.
• Perform routine warehouse housekeeping to ensure an orderly work environment.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Ability to learn forklift operation (training provided on the job)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repetitively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow written and verbal instructions, including safety rules and procedures
• Full-time availability during scheduled hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience
• Experience with RF scanners or handheld scanning devices
• Customer service experience
• Inventory control

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $23.29 per hour
