Job summary

Parker Hannifin – Parflex Division is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure efficient handling, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished products at our Ravenna, Ohio facility. You will receive, verify, store, and prepare materials for production and shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Your responsibilities include weighing shipments, repackaging pallets, accurate order picking, and processing transactions in the inventory system.

Qualifications

• Safely operate material handling vehicles including forklifts and cherry pickers.
• Strong numeric skills for weighing and counting materials.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and basic computer operations in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming raw materials, hoses, fittings, and supplies; verify quantities against invoices and POs.
• Weigh incoming shipments and repackage pallets for safe storage.
• Store materials in designated locations and maintain inventory organization.
• Pick and pull orders from storage racks based on shipping instructions.
• Prepare shipments by weighing, labeling, and securing pallets; break down pallets for partial shipments.
• Process receipts and stock transfers in the inventory system to keep records accurate.
• Support production by supplying work-in-process materials and raw goods.
