Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Receiving Inspector to inspect components, materials and products, ensuring they meet purchase, repair, and work order requirements including Certification documents.

You will perform shipping/receiving inspections, adhere to RSQCM and FAA regulations, mentor others, work assigned shifts and overtime as needed, and help maintain safe, high-quality operations across the Repair Station Quality System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional aircraft maintenance courses preferred.
• 2+ years of aviation or equivalent preferred.
• Familiar with FAA/EASA regulations and requirements.
• Working knowledge of Quality Inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components, materials, and products per purchase, repair, and work orders and RSQCM.
• Perform shipping/receiving inspections in line with company procedures.
• Bring suspected unapproved parts to the attention of QA Manager.
• Complete and maintain reports and records as required.

Job Summary

The Receiving Inspector (RI) inspects components, materials, and products then receives them into the Repair Station Quality System. The RI verifies parts and components are in compliance to purchase order, repair order, and work order requirements including Certification documents.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Accomplishes all work while following company and industry safety standards while maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Adheres to all FAA Regulations, the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM), and all other approved data.
• Perform shipping/receiving inspections in compliance with company Quality Manuals and Procedures, as well as, governmental regulatory procedures and specifications.
• Brings suspected unapproved parts to the attention of the Quality Assurance Manager
• Mutilates scrap material and maintains log per Repair Station Quality Control Manual.
• Use electrostatic protection type equipment.
• Prepare necessary customer and/or company documents.
• Complete and maintain reports and records as required.
• Contributes to a positive work environment while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism at all times.
• Able and willing to mentor others.
• Works assigned shift and unscheduled overtime as-needed or requested.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times and adheres to company dress standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with additional courses in aircraft maintenance in recognized service or technical school programs.
• 2+ years of experience in aviation or equivalent preferred.
• Be familiar with relative FAA/EASA regulations and requirements.
• Must have working knowledge of Quality Inspection processes and procedures.
• Previous Quality Control experience preferred.
• Corridor software experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position typically falls between $18 and $26 per hour. This position is eligible for overtime and will receive a 12% shift differential. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
