Dassault Falcon Jet in Little Rock is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for the weekend shift. You will perform major inspections of the aircraft, inspect modifications and repairs, and document findings with FAA compliance in mind.

Perform major inspections of the aircraft. Inspect modifications, alterations and repairs to theaircraft, components, majorassembliesor sub-assemblies to applicable approved data and document their findingsin accordance withFAA and company procedures. Make appropriatelog bookentries to document work performed by the repair stationin accordance withFAA regulations. Interface with themaintenancefloor supervisor, customer and FAA as required to accomplish their duties in a professional manner. Ensuresafetyof the product being serviced and the documentation of the maintenance being performed by the repair station.
Accomplishesall workwhile following company and industrysafety standards whilemaintainingthe highest level ofquality.
Adheresto all FAA Regulations, theRepair StationQuality ControlManual(RSQCM),and all other approved data.
Perform tocompany standards, work instructions, and perform necessary calculations using shop math toconformtooling, detailed parts,assembliesand installations.
Performscomplete inspection of components andproduction tools todeterminesafety or conformance to standards and requirements.
Use precision measuring guides,gaugesand laboratory instruments.
Isfamiliar with FAR Part 145, 135, 91, 65, 21 and related A/C’s rev. 1
Complete andmaintainother reports and records asrequired.
Accurately log computerized labor data collection for time and attendance tracking.
Follows specific authorizations as listedon InspectionAuthorization Letter.
Contributes to a positive work environment whilemaintaining theutmost level of professionalismat all times.
Able and willing to mentor others.
Able tocommunicate technical information clearly to supervisory personnel, flightcrewsand customers.
Worksassigned shiftand unscheduled overtimeas-neededorrequested.
Ability to travel and perform AOG maintenance.
Occasionally communicates directly with customers and vendors.
Maintains a clean and organized work area at all timesand adheres to company dress standards.
Perform all other duties as assignedto support the efficient operation of the department and company
Shift Friday- Sunday 7am-7:30pm
High school graduate or equivalent withadditionalcourses inaircraftmaintenance in recognized service or technical school programs.
3+yearsaircraftrelatedexperiencerequired
2+ yearsaircraftinspection experience preferred
FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificaterequired
Good knowledge of FAA regulations aspertaining toaircraftmaintenance.
Must have required tools.
Turbine jetaircrafttraining and experience – Dassault Falcon Models preferred.
Works in aclimate controlledhangars. (Heated andCooled)
Occasionallyworks outside ontarmacin atmospheric weather conditions.
Ability to wear andutilizepersonal protective equipment
Must be able tolift upto 50 pounds withoutassistance
Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds withassistance
Comfortable in tightly enclosed areas, heights involving lifts and ladders, as wellas,flying.
Requires the ability to perform all physical functions of the job (hear, stand, kneel, walk, etc.)
The compensation for this position typically falls between $43 and $47 per hour .This position is eligible for tech leveling to reflect varying levels of experience. This position is eligible for overtime and may be eligible for shift differential or relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
