Batchline Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate Level 3 at our Westampton, NJ facility to accurately enter transactions in the NAV ERP system and support production. The role emphasizes safety, inventory accuracy, and efficient material flow to production teams.

The ideal candidate will have up to 6 months in warehouse work, read and follow instructions in English, and be able to work in a refrigerated environment and flexible shifts, with opportunities for overtime and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Execute tasks according to SOP, SSOP, and GMP for the production center.
• Perform basic food safety practices with high attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate inventory balances with proper storage, FEFO, movement, and counting.
• Ensure physical counts align with NAV ERP system in the assigned area.
• Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies in the area.
• Demonstrate safe use of warehouse equipment (palletizer, tape machine, pallet jack).
• Report unsafe or hazardous conditions to supervisor or HR.
• Assist as a backup to Warehouse Level 1 and 2 as needed.
• Assist as a backup to Inventory Level 1 as needed.
• Complete all assigned training on time.
• Follow workplace safety, food safety, and production quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the Warehouse Associate Level 3 role at our food manufacturing facility located at 90 Stemmers Lane, Westampton, NJ 08060. A Warehouse Level 3 Associate is the first point of contact when other departments need assistance and are responsible for the accurate and efficient data entry of all transactions in the Navision ERP system ("NAV") for an assigned area or department. Including but not limited to movements of materials, both physically and systematically, staging, and supplying materials for production teams, and transactional accuracy of consumption and outputs of materials. This position is also responsible for maintaining a high level of safety and quality when executing all tasks.

What will you be doing:

• Ability to consistently execute tasks according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) for the production center as trained.
• Ability to perform basic food safety practices in the production center with a high degree of attention to detail and internal customer service.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory balances by executing proper storage, First Expired First Out ("FEFO"), movement, consumption, output, and counting processes.
• Responsible for ensuring that physical inventory counts are aligned with the NAV ERP system in the assigned area.
• Responsible for investigating and correcting inventory discrepancies in the assigned area.
• Ability to demonstrate accurate and safe use of basic warehouse equipment including but not limited to palletizer, tape machine, and pallet jack.
• Must perform all duties safely at all times and immediately report any unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately to a supervisor, manager or Human Resources.
• Ability to assist as a backup to Warehouse Level 1 and 2 if needed.
• Ability to assist as a backup to the Inventory Level 1 position if needed.
• Must complete all assigned training on time.
• Must follow workplace safety, food safety, and production quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications
