General Floor Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Lead) for the 2nd shift in Bellmawr, NJ. The role supports the shift manager, leads by example, and helps drive efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include picking, staging, inspecting materials, and ensuring accurate shipments. Ideal candidates are physically capable, with forklift experience and a reliable, team-oriented mindset. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stay active throughout shift.
• Forklift experience with in-house certification is a plus.
• Strong team player who can lead by example and assist the shift lead.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or discrepancies.
• Verify orders and ensure accuracy of pick lists and shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Support the 2nd Shift Manager in coordinating workflow and priorities.
• Help guide team members, answer questions, and keep operations moving.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a high-performing Warehouse Associate with natural leadership ability to support our 2nd Shift operations in Bellmawr, NJ.

This is not a manager role, but it is a step above a standard associate—ideal for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and can help guide the team alongside the 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Forklift experience preferred (in-house certification provided)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong team player with a lead-by-example mindset
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or informal leadership/lead role preferred
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to balance productivity with accuracy
• Comfortable supporting team direction and communicating with leadership
