Job summary

Performance Team is seeking Warehouse Associate Leads in Burlington, NJ. You will lead a team of over 10 employees, manage logistics, and ensure proper material handling within a warehouse environment. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma and some relevant experience.

This position offers a 4-day work week from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Wednesday to Sunday. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and more!

Qualifications

• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking Warehouse Associate Leads in Burlington, NJ. Schedule: 5:00 am–3:30 pm, Wednesday–Sunday. 4‑day work week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of 10+ employees in a warehouse environment.
• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fill requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Mark materials with identifying information such as labels.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Weigh or count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Arrange product in a specified sequence for assembly by other workers.

Pay Range: $21–$22 per hour.
