General Floor Industries in Bellmawr, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Lead) for the 2nd shift to support fast-paced operations.

You will lead by example, assist the Warehouse Manager, and coordinate daily tasks while ensuring accuracy and safety.

This role offers growth opportunities within our growing flooring distribution business.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 65 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Forklift experience preferred; in-house certification provided.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong team player with a lead-by-example mindset.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or informal leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or discrepancies.
• Verify orders and ensure accuracy of pick lists and shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow and reinforce company safety standards and procedures.
• Support the 2nd Shift Manager in coordinating workflow and priorities.
• Help guide team members, answer questions, and keep operations moving.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.

We’re looking for a high-performing Warehouse Associate with natural leadership ability to support our 2nd Shift operations in Bellmawr, NJ.

This is not a manager role, but it is a step above a standard associate—ideal for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and can help guide the team alongside the 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager.

Salary Range: $20-$23/hr

The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
