Job summary

General Floor Industries is hiring for a Warehouse Associate on the 1st shift in Bellmawr, NJ. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities for growth within the company and its 17 branches.

You will pick, pull, and stage orders, inspect products, and ensure accurate fulfillment while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training and certification in-house).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and stage orders for shipping.
• Inspect products for damage or defects.
• Accurately check, verify, and complete pick lists.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized daily.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Salary Range: $18-$23/hr

The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
