Job summary

Performance Team in Garden City, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate Lead for 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday. This direct-hire role offers full benefits and requires the ability to supervise a warehouse team and manage materials through receiving, storage and shipping.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and experience leading a warehouse crew. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy and timely order fulfillment within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; training or experience may substitute.
• Ability to read production schedules, orders and requisitions to determine items to move and distribute.
• Experience leading a team in a warehouse setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 10+ employees in daily warehouse operations.
• Interpret schedules and orders to direct receiving, storage and distribution of materials.
• Move and transport materials to designated areas and assemble customer orders.
• Rank and place materials on racks or bins according to product codes or attributes.
• Process requisitions and distribute items to production workers or packing/shipping.

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate Lead in Garden City, GA!

2nd shift – 2:30 PM -11:00 PM Monday – Friday

Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment.
• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Marks materials with identifying information such as labels.
• Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Arranges product in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.

Responsibilities

Leads a group of 10+ employees in the warehouse operation. Responsibilities include ability to lead, motivate and direct team efforts while informing department supervisor of problems or potential problems that require immediate attention.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range:

• The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
