Job summary

Performance Team in Garden City, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate Lead for 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday). You will lead a group of 10+ employees in our warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of materials while following production schedules.

The role offers full benefits, a starting pay of $20.75 per hour, and opportunities to improve processes and safety. High school diploma or GED required, with prior warehouse leadership experience preferred.

Our extensive experience, connections, and deep expertise across different sectors, industries, and transportation modes, means we can be counted on for process excellence that will save time and money.We are seeking a Warehouse Associate Lead in Garden City, GA!2nd shift – 2:30 PM -11:00 PM Monday – FridayDirect Hire -Full BenefitsSummary:Receives, stores, and distributes material and products within warehouse by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ability to lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment.Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.Marks materials with identifying information such as labels.Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.Arranges product in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.ResponsibilitiesLeads a group of 10+ employees in the warehouse operation.
