Job summary

Performance Team in Burlington, NJ is seeking Warehouse Associate Leads to supervise a 10+ person warehouse team during a 7:00am–3:30pm shift. You will read schedules, pick orders, and coordinate material flow to production and shipping.

You must be able to lead, motivate, and direct team efforts, ensure accuracy in receiving and distribution, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct team efforts in the warehouse environment.
• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins by size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials and distribute items to production workers or the assembly line.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or deliver to packing/shipping.
• Mark materials with identifying information such as labels.
• Record amounts of materials received or distributed.
• Weigh or count items to ensure conformance to standards.
• Arrange product for assembly by other workers.
• Lead a group of 10+ employees in warehouse operations.

We are seeking Warehouse Associate Leads in Burlington, NJ!**Shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm - Monday to Friday Summary:**Receives, stores, and distributes material and products within warehouse by performing the following duties.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Ability to lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment.* Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.* Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.* Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.* Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.* Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.* Marks materials with identifying information such as labels.* Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.* Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.* Arranges product in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.**Responsibilities**Leads a group of 10+ employees in the warehouse operation.
