Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Warehouse Worker to receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies while maintaining organized storage and FIFO controls. The role involves loading, unloading, restocking, operating pallet jacks or forklifts, and executing routine inventory counts in line with facility procedures.

You will complete administrative records, follow safety policies and PPE usage, and interact with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Must have valid Nevada Non-Commercial Driver's License.
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lb.
• Some client locations require a current valid driver's license. If this is required, an MVR will be run as part of your pre-employment screening process.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies.
• Complete required daily receiving and rejection logs.
• Organize and store all incoming products using FIFO for perishable items.
• Restock inventory to locations such as bars, concession stands, kitchens and pantries.
• Operate manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and/or forklifts if trained.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow all SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload and transport products and materials between locations.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts.
• Complete administrative records such as inventory counts, temperature/spoilage logs, and equipment inspections.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety PPE policies.
• Protect client and company assets by following security procedures.
• Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business activities.
