Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Warehouse Worker to receive and inspect products, label items, and ensure accurate reconciliation with deliveries and invoices. The role includes organizing stock using FIFO for perishables, and operating pallet jacks or forklifts where required.

The position requires a focus on safety, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to move goods across the warehouse and to client locations. Physical demands include lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb and carry up to 35 lb frequently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products using FIFO for perishable items.
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload and transport products within the warehouse and client locations.
