Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Warehouse Worker to receive, inspect, label, and stock products while ensuring accuracy and compliance with facility safety standards. You will perform inventory counts, prepare orders, and operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts under training.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, good communication, and basic computer skills. OSHA and PPE guidelines are followed, with a focus on efficiency and security of assets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb frequently and carry up to 35 lb.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items accurately, report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products; apply FIFO inventory controls for perishable items.
• Operate manual/electric pallet jacks or forklifts as trained.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse and to client locations.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts and maintain logs.
• Complete administrative duties including inventory documents and equipment inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area following OSHA and SDS standards.
• Ensure security of client and company assets and interact with clients and partners as required.
