Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Warehouse Worker to receive, inspect, label, and store products, and to prepare orders for transport while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse in compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, FIFO controls for perishables, operating pallet jacks or forklifts, and recording transactions in the system. A physically demanding role requiring 18+ years old and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 years of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Some client locations require a current valid driver's license; an MVR may be run as part of pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, accurately label items and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products using FIFO for perishables.
• May operate manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and/or forklifts.
• Picks inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload and transport products to warehouse areas or client locations.
