Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 60 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Unafraid of heights up to 30 ft.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and document any discrepancies.
• Storage and Organization: Safely and efficiently store products in designated areas, optimizing space utilization.
• Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders, labeling and preparing for shipment.
• Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure products are handled, stored and shipped per company standards.
• Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and report concerns immediately.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Collaboration: Work with team members and departments to meet goals.
