The role requires physical work, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and a collaborative, detail-driven approach in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is a plus, and we offer comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Unafraid of heights up to 30 ft.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and document any discrepancies.
• Storage and Organization: Safely and efficiently store products in designated areas, optimizing space and maintaining order.
• Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders with proper labeling.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular counts and report stock discrepancies.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality handling, storage, and shipping per company standards.
• Safety: Follow all safety protocols and report concerns immediately.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks and perform routine inspections.
• Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to meet production and shipping goals.
