Job summary

50Floor in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to handle shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and order fulfillment. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal direction.

The successful candidate will lift up to 50 pounds, operate material handling equipment, and maintain accurate inventory records. Availability to work Monday through Saturday 7 am–4 pm is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year of experience in warehousing/receiving.
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing 50 pounds unassisted.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory management
• Receives material from vendors into the software system and maintains accurate inventory records
• Verifies incoming and outgoing product inventory transactions
• Inspects incoming product fore damage
• Retrieves and tracks miscellaneous inventory or supplies
• Pulls correct items and quantity of product to fill customer orders
• Tags items with proper labels and stores according to the established retention system
• Loading and unloading deliveries to warehouse
• Inventory management including cycle counts and ensuring all product going in or out of the facility is accounted for
• Operates forklift and other material handling equipment (including pallet jack, dollies, handcart, etc.)
• Cleans and maintains work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations and business standards
