Job summary

ARAMARK is seeking a Warehouse Worker to receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies. The role requires organizing stock with FIFO controls, and may involve operating pallet jacks or forklifts.

You will pick inventory for orders, follow procedures for accuracy, and transport goods within the warehouse and to client locations. The job involves routine physical inventory, maintaining records, adhering to safety policies, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lb.
• Some client locations may require a current valid driver’s license; an MVR may be checked during pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items accurately, and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products using FIFO for perishable items.
• Operate manual/electric pallet jacks and/or forklifts if required.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload, and transport products to different warehouse areas or client locations.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts per location schedules.
• Complete administrative duties such as inventory records and logs, handwritten or in a system.
• Maintain clean work areas including restrooms, break areas, loading dock, and delivery areas.
• Enforce location safety policies, OSHA requirements, SDS standards, and emergency procedures.
• Ensure security of client and company assets.
• Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests as needed.
