Job summary

DIRECTV is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to stock, pull, distribute, ship, and track materials, tools, and equipment. You will perform order fulfillment for multiple programs and maintain accurate records while working with power-driven equipment and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, sorting materials, and preparing items for shipment, with physical requirements such as lifting up to 75 pounds and working outdoors or in varying conditions as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with manual transmission if required.

Responsibilities

• Wear safety equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins by size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Pull and distribute materials to fulfill technician requests.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment as required.
• Move and lift materials up to 75 pounds; operate power-driven equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with a computerized system.
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies.
