Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to stock, pull, ship, and track materials across multiple programs. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient handling of goods in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage inventory records, operate material handling equipment, and support technicians with timely stock replenishment. The position requires flexibility for varied hours and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Wear appropriate safety equipment and follow established safety practices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using a computerized system.
• Operate power-driven material handling equipment as required.
• Pull and distribute materials to fill technician requests.
• Complete requisition forms to order additional equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Wear appropriate safety equipment and follow established safety practices and procedures.
• Receive and verify accuracy of incoming shipments.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
• Pull and distribute materials, tools, or other stock items to fill technician requests.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment as required.
• Move and lift materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through computerized systems.
• Sort all waste including trash and electronics as required.
• Operate power-driven material handling equipment.
• Handle clerical and record-keeping duties.
