Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping activities. You will manage inventory using a computerized system, ensure accuracy, and assist technicians with stock requests.

You may operate power-driven equipment and drive company vehicles to resupply field crews. The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to verify incoming shipments and organize stock.
• Familiarity with inventory software or computerized systems.

Responsibilities

• Wear safety equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments.
• Sort and place materials on racks or bins by size, type or code.
• Pull and distribute materials to fill technician requests.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment as required.
• Move and lift materials up to 75 pounds.
• Maintain inventory records using a computerized system.
• Sort waste including trash, recycling, and electronics.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Drive company vehicle to supply locations and load trucks.
