Job summary

Empire Today is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the installation warehouse in Charlotte, NC. You will perform daily warehouse tasks safely and efficiently, including receiving, inventory, cycle counts, and loadout support.

The role requires a high school diploma, warehouse experience preferred, and forklift operation experience preferred; strong customer service and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• High level of internal/external customer service.
• Commitment to maintaining an excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Complete all daily warehouse assignments, including pre- and post-loadout activities, receiving and putting away inventory, cycle counts, inventory staging for loadout, and building cleanup and maintenance.
• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse machinery (certification required).
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of all parts of the warehouse, both inside and out.
• Prepare and count physical inventory.
• Immediately report any operational/safety concerns to supervisor, manager, and/or safety team members.
• Complete all assigned training successfully.

Compensation Information:
$19/hour

Responsibilities:

• Complete all daily warehouse assignments, including (but not limited to):
  • Pre- and post-loadout activities
  • Receive and put away inventory
  • Cycle counts
  • Inventory staging for loadout
  • Building cleanup and maintenance
• Safely and efficiently operating warehouse machinery (certification required).
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of all parts of the warehouse, both inside and out.
• Physical inventory preparation and counting.
• Immediately report any operational/safety concerns to supervisor, manager, and/or safety team members.
• Successful and timely completion of all assigned training.
