Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate in Frederick, MD. You will receive, pick and ship items to stores, operate in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, and join a team focused on safety and efficiency.

Starting wage ranges from $23.25 to $28.25 per hour depending on shift and schedule differential pay, with average hours around 30-35 per week. The role requires the ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic operations.

Responsibilities

• Receives (Inbound) or selects (Outbound) stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse per product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming shipments from trucks/back-hauls.
• Performs general cleaning to meet warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participates in inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Cooperates with peers, suppliers and leadership through ongoing communication.
• Provides input to management to improve processes.
• Inspects product quality and safety concerns with warehouse management.
