The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties including but not limited to; shipping & receiving, loading & unloading product orders, stocking & storing warehouse inventory, & fulfilling purchase orders as necessary while ensuring accuracy & timeliness of all job functions.

Requirements:

1. Punctuality & consistent attendance a MUST!
2. Self-motivated, takes initiative
3. Detail Oriented
4. Basic computer skills
5. Ability to understand and carry-out directions from supervisor
6. Work independently with little to no supervision
7. Assure safety compliance with warehouse regulations
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
9. Positive, "CAN DO" attitude!
10. Minimum of 3 years previous warehouse experience

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product error & safety mishaps
2. Able to assist with basic customer service
3. Perform time sensitive tasks with little or no supervision
4. Ability to prioritize workload with little or no supervision
5. Ability to navigate through multiple systems and websites when completing tasks
6. Experience using handheld Scanner & relevant software to maintain accurate shipments
7. Attention to detail and high accuracy rate
8. Ability to resolve basic escalation issues within assigned department
9. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
10. Must be able to assist customers who come to pick up orders
11. Process & invoice purchase orders
12. Additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager

Forklift Certification a PLUS!

Physical Requirements:

1. Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
2. Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs
3. Bend, reach, lift, & climb ladders/steps
4. Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
