We're on the lookout for a committed and passionate individual to become part of our Safelite team as a Seasonal Fulfillment Associate II. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on our business operations during peak seasons, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Join Safelite's growing fulfillment center team and ensure customers' safety on the road by delivering parts to our technician team. Every item you handle or inspect contributes to our purpose of bringing unexpected happiness to people's lives.

The Fulfillment Center (FC) Associate II prepares our glass for distribution by performing various functions to meet shipping timelines and ensure the right parts reach the right team members.

What You’ll Get

• Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Pay starting at $25.80 /hour
• Weekly payday on Friday

What You’ll Do

• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as a forklift, reach truck, or order picker up to 40 feet high.
• Perform warehousing tasks like pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation.
• Use handheld RF scanners for inventory management.
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and secure work area.
• Build steel pallets for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers manually.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with MHE equipment such as forklift, order picker, or reach truck.
• Ability to work in environmental conditions like heat or cold and stay stationary for long periods.
• Physical strength to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
