Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of CNY is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support regional warehouses with daily tasks, inventory accuracy, and safe storage. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliability across departments to meet company goals.

You will work Weekdays 7:00am-3:30pm with possible shift variations. DOT medical clearance and PIT forklift certification are required, alongside strong attention to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2 years or less of verifiable experience in a warehouse environment; understanding daily operations, safety procedures, inventory handling, and material movement.
• Must pass and maintain a valid DOT medical examination/physical.
• A valid driver's license preferred.
• Competent in basic math calculations.
• Experience with full life cycle flow of home improvement product installation/service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse tasks: receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and quality assurance of products and materials.
• Inspect incoming products for defects and damages to ensure only high-quality items enter inventory.
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory in appropriate areas; maintain organized storage.
• Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency while ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Check, verify, and fill job orders per material list for accuracy and completeness.
• Stage window units for install teams to ensure timely access to materials.
• Tag and label materials to prevent loss or misplacement; maintain visibility.
• Obtain and maintain PIT certification to safely operate a forklift as needed; training/recertification ongoing.
