Job summary

Andersen Corporation is hiring for a warehouse associate in Wisconsin to receive inbound material, conduct put-away, pick and deliver customer orders, and operate a range of PIT equipment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a high-volume facility.

Responsibilities include replenishment, packaging, and maintaining inventory accuracy, with opportunities for growth and exposure to various warehouse tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test and background check.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to physically push/pull up to 204 lbs and lift/carry 80 lbs occasionally.
• PIT Training/ PIT License required for all tasks.
• Must be able to operate multiple PIT types (forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, walkie rider).

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound material.
• Put away for inventory accuracy.
• Replenishment of stock.
• Pick customer orders (up to 30 ft high).
• Deliver orders to stage lanes.
• Operate equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers, walkie riders, tuggers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts).
• Read and follow warehouse documents and suggest improvements.
• Follow safety and ergonomic procedures.
• Open containers and use power tools.
• Maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in 5S housekeeping and restock supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
