Job summary

American Tire Distributors Inc. is seeking a RDC Warehouse Person to prioritize and pick material, load and unload trailers, and maintain inventory within the Regional Distribution Center.

• High School or GED degree; 0-1 year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling and preparation of paperwork.
• May assist in daily closing of the warehouse.
• Verify all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and inventory counts.
• Compile and submit regular reports of damaged, outdated stock or supplies and segregate defective product.
• Prioritize and pick materials to fill orders and stage product for loading.
• Designate and organize warehouse stock by product line and space.
• Load and unload delivery trucks; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles safely if licensed.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the loading dock and surrounding areas.
• Support daily closing of the warehouse and overall operations.
