Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Menomonie, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate II (12 HR) to receive inbound material, perform put-away, and pick/deliver outbound orders with powered industrial trucks. You will ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining a safe work environment and following 5S practices.

The role requires operating forklifts and related PIT equipment, lifting up to 60 lbs, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test and background check.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to physically push/pull a force of 198 lbs and occasionally greater.
• Ability to lift/carry 60 lbs. occasionally.
• PIT Training/ PIT License required for all tasks.
• Must be able to operate multiple types of PIT (forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, and walkie rider)

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound material and perform put away to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Pick and deliver outbound customer orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and other equipment safely.
• Read and follow warehouse documents such as work instructions.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to 5S housekeeping.
