Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently, including receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping.
• Prepare orders on time to meet daily production goals.
• Adhere to KPI targets for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
• Prepare and pack goods for shipment and resolve discrepancies with supervision.
• Operate equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and stock chaser.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized Distribution Center and participate in cross-training.
