S&S Activewear in McDonough, GA is hiring a Warehouse Associate II to handle shipping, receiving, and inventory duties. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, safe handling, and maintaining organized warehousing operations. Onsite work schedule is Sunday to Wednesday, 10am–8:30pm.

Compensation is $19.57 per hour with a full benefits package including health and retirement options. You will work in a fast-paced environment with equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Comfort using electronic devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Flexibility with start times and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship products to meet safety and accuracy standards.
• Prepare orders to meet daily production goals.
• Follow KPI targets for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Pack goods for shipment and document discrepancies.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and stock chaser.
• Maintain a safe, clean distribution center environment.
• Cross-train and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
