Job summary

Viega LLC in McPherson, KS is hiring for a DC Team Member II - 1st Shift to manage daily work orders, pick/pack/shipping, and operate material handling equipment. You will follow the work board, coordinate with Leads, and contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient distribution center.

The role requires hands-on experience with forklifts, order pickers, and ride-on pallet jacks, plus familiarity with WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or combination of education and work experience.
• 6–17 months of related experience.
• WMS experience preferred; Lean experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily tasks as identified by the work board and supervision.
• Overtime may be required as scheduled.
• Operate and inspect equipment, report defects to supervisor.
• Picks, packs, and labels inventory and prepares shipping units.
• Maintain 6S cleanliness and overall facility upkeep.
• Assist teammates and answer questions as needed.
