Job summary

Viega Holding GmbH & Co. KG in McPherson, KS is seeking a Material Handler to ensure lines are stocked with raw material per production schedules and to move material from the raw material warehouse into production as needed.

You will operate a forklift and electric pallet jack, review schedules, manage material flow, assist with color changes and changeovers, and support recycling and other duties. The role offers hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedule and stock raw materials to support daily production.
• Check resin box material levels and ensure continuous flow.
• Distribute materials for color changes and prepare for the next run.
• Transport materials with forklift or pallet jack as needed.
• Break down empty gaylord boxes and load bundles for transport.
• Maintain tracking of materials removed from warehouse and update records.
• Attend meetings and perform duties as assigned.
• Back up other warehouse/receiving roles as needed.
