Job summary

The Viega LLC in Carlisle is seeking a DC Team Member II for 1st shift to join the distribution center operations. You will follow the daily work board, receive instructions from leads and supervisors, and fill customer orders with accuracy using RF devices and WMS systems.

You will operate equipment including forklift, order picker and pallet jack, perform 6S housekeeping, ensure quality and safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives while traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–17 months of related experience.
• Warehouse Management Systems experience preferred.
• Lean experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily tasks as identified by work board and by receiving directions from Lead Team Member and Supervisor.
• Work overtime as scheduled.
• Operate equipment safely and report defects immediately.
• Picks, packs and ships orders accurately following specified instructions.
