Job summary

Viega is seeking a DC Team Member II for the 3rd shift in McPherson, KS. You will manage daily tasks from the work board, operate gear like forklift and order picker, and ensure accurate picking and packing for shipping.

Responsibilities include equipment inspections, 6S cleanliness, and supporting quality initiatives while collaborating with leadership. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–17 months of related experience.
• WMS experience preferred; Lean experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine daily work schedule from board, follow Lead/ Supervisor directions.
• Perform picking, packing, labeling, and shipping per instructions.
• Inspect equipment and report defects; operate Order picker, Pallet Jack, Counterbalance.
• Maintain 6S and cleanliness; support ISO9001 quality initiatives.
• Travel up to 10% might be required.
