Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate to pick, pack, and ship outbound orders. You will use equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie riders, perform put-away and replenishment tasks, and ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+ years, ability to lift 40 lbs, PIT license, and adherence to safety procedures. Benefits and profit sharing are part of the total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test and background check.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to physically push/pull a force of 32 lbs and occasionally greater.
• Ability to lift/carry 40 lbs. occasionally.
• PIT Training/ PIT License required for all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound material
• Put away process
• Replenishment process
• Picking customer orders
• Deliver customer orders to the stage lanes
• Utilize various types of equipment to handle products, i.e. pallet jacks, walkie riders, dunnage
• Read and comprehend warehouse documents such as work instructions, and identify continuous improvement suggestions
• Follows established safety and ergonomic procedures.
• Work in an efficient and productive manner
• Participate in 5S housekeeping and restock of supplies
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
