Job summary

WEG is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to join our Indianapolis-area fulfillment team. You will work closely with the Fulfillment Center Supervisor to ensure inbound/outbound documentation and standards are met, and you will pick, load, and move products for delivery.

Forklift operations and ERP data entry are essential responsibilities. The role requires English proficiency, prior warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English.
• Prior forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or production environment preferred (2 years).
• Certified forklift driver or willingness to learn.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills; familiarity with Oracle or ERP systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights with harness.
• Spanish/English language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisors to meet goals and deadlines.
• Process dock flow: inbound/outbound, cross-dock, LTL, returns, stocking.
• Enter materials data into ERP systems.
• Load and unload materials, prepare for shipping.
• Operate forklift and related equipment (reach truck, order picker, turret, sit-down).
• Stage materials per pick tickets and ensure accuracy.
• Perform inventory cycles and validation as directed.
• Create carrier call logs and arrange pickups in McAllen context.
• Handle incoming trailers and reconcile discrepancies.
