Job summary

Marathon Electric, LLC seeks a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound/outbound shipments, pick/pack, and inventory control in a busy fulfillment center. You will operate forklifts, load/unload, and ensure accurate data entry in Oracle.

The role requires an HS diploma or GED, forklift certification or willingness to learn, and solid English communication. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, with attention to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Certified forklift driver or willing to learn.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• 1–2 years warehouse/production experience preferred.
• Experience with import/export/logistics is a plus.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Process inbound/outbound dock flow and shipments.
• Enter data in Oracle ERP and reconcile inventory.
• Reconcile carrier discrepancies and prepare shipping docs.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory verification.
• Move materials from receiving to trailers and stock.
• Read pick orders and stage materials per tickets.
• Ensure safety rules and proper loading/unloading.
